In 2014, Valbin Corporation made a significant commitment to support the United Services Organization, Inc. (USO) of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore (USO-Metro) . Our contribution helps enable the USO Metro to cover programs at the new Warrior and Family Center at Bethesda, Maryland and helps to offer services to over 500,000 military personnel and their families within the Baltimore – Washington region. Valbin’s support assists USO-Metro to lift spirits and boost morale of active duty troops, wounded ill and injured service members, their families and caregivers.

Naval Support Activity Bethesda is home to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, serving our Warriors, their families and our nation’s leaders, along with the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. At over 16,000 square feet, the USO Warrior and Family Center at Bethesda is a state-of-the-art facility providing signature USO programs and events for service members and families, as well as robust programming for the wounded, ill and injured (WII) and their families throughout the rehabilitation process. The building is designed to provide places that promote physical health and recreation; family strengthening; positive mental health; and education, employment and community reintegration – the key components of USOs continuum of care.
